We believe that as a society we have started to lose human kindness and the simple act of doing right by one another. We believe in building back a world.... Where people are good, kind, supportive, and helpful to one another. Where you helped your neighbor, just because it was the right thing to do. Where we shared simply for the benefit of all. Where we only bought seasonal products that supported our local economies. Where we lived as one within nature. Where you could work for one company most of your life. Where you knew your company would treat you well and support your growth. Where there wasn't so much disparity from the haves and the have nots. Where everything was about the team and community, and not the individual.
The world continues to evolve faster and faster, with new dynamics thrown at us every day. In the process, we believe that companies are losing sight of these key human principles that make great societies and communities. All while employees are wanting a greater purpose and consumers are demanding more of the companies they buy from. COVID-19 was only an accelerator for a path we were already on.
We believe it is time to remember:
